Ride In the Cab Information: Did you know you can ride up front with us in the cab? It’s an exciting and unique view to be so close to the heat of the action on a working locomotive. To maximize your experience here are a few tips. It’s a working cab and you’ll be close to the action, so avoid wearing white or clothes that can’t get dirty. Wear closed shoes – no flip flops or open toed shoes. Children 10 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. These historic engines are operated today like they were nearly 100 years ago. Step onto living history and ride up front. This experience is open exclusively for a limited number of passengers each excursion; reservations are strongly advised. For reservations call 1-888-STEAM-11. We hope to see at the depot soon!
