Caboose (16 person capacity)

Our caboose is the perfect way to celebrate a birthday as a private group aboard one of our regularly scheduled trains. You supply the food, drinks and balloons, and we supply the caboose and tracks!

Our caboose features a built in counter and upholstered bench seating, as well as a uniformed car host. The caboose has windows and doors that open during the summer and heaters for the winter.  Caboose rentals are also popular for graduation celebrations and reunions - the possibilities are endless! Our caboose offers a distinctly different way of celebrating your child's next birthday party.

OR Rent the Caboose for an overnight stay at Mineral Lake! Ride the Caboose with the train from the Elbe Depot on the last train of the day and camp out at the lake for the night in the caboose or use the caboose as your landing spot and bring your tent and/or sleeping bags. Contact Sales Department for more details.

Caboose rentals are also available in the off-season when the Railroad is closed to the general public. This would be for static rental only at the Elbe Depot.

Charter a private passenger car. Chartered passenger cars depart with the public, however, chartered cars are restricted from public access. Great for private parties. Two 6ft tables available you're your use.

• Reservations require a minimum of 4 weeks prior to departure
• Reservations require a minimum of 6 weeks prior to departure with food
• 25% non refundable down payment required for all bookings with reserved space.
• 50% non refundable down payment required for all bookings with food
• Note: Weekends fill early so we suggest booking charters 60 days in advance
• Confirmations require 2 week in advance.
• Balance due 7 days prior to departure.
• We do not accept personal checks on day of departure. Cash or credit card payment. Approved Company purchase order is acceptable.
